[Dxspider-support] Couple issues.

Good evening,

I have a few issues that have came up and can not figure out a way to fix
them.

First, some times if I have to reboot.  It makes me run ./create_sysop.pl
again before it will start. I just have to reset sysop information.

Second, how do I either keep it from disconnecting or make an auto
reconnect when it disconnects. I have feeds with EI7MRE and WB3FFV-2. One
will stay or they both drop. Then I have to manually connect them back.
