[Dxspider-support] CTY-3102 Country Files - 27 January 2021

With some experimenting, I was able to modify my auto-download script 
from (http://):

*http://www.country-files.com/cty/cty.dat*

New script uses (https://):

*https://www.country-files.com/cty/cty.dat*

This must've changed in the past few months, since the (http://) was 
working previously.

Sorry for any false alarms...
