The registry is like the DXSpider updates, either we do it all or the vast majority, or it will not solve the problem.
  
Those who want to send spam always look for nodes that do not register the IP and the user. Either a centralized or hierarchical mechanism is achieved that contains a DB of the users who can use the Network or I don't think we will be able to advance beyond a few steps.
