[Dxspider-support] Prefix lookup error

Dirk,

Trouble is Annexe 2 to CEPT Recommendation TR 61-01 now says that the correct prefix for those visiting England is M not G (Table 1) so this might be an increasing problem.   No doubt this is why DL2COM is using M/DL2COM/P
