[Dxspider-support] Missing PC92 packets

Quick note, you do not want this...
set/var $DXProt::pc92c_ipaddr_enable = 1
That should be set to "0" as we found out it was causing issues to CCC
nodes due to the large amount of info passed by including IP addresses in
the PC92 C records causing buffer overflows. If I recall correctly...
